Key Requirements

• Strong customer service and client relationship skills with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
• Proficiency in receptionist duties and clerical skills, including appointment scheduling, record keeping, and payment handling.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to manage front-desk operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in a spa, salon, hospitality, or similar customer-facing environment is preferred.
• Comfort using basic computer applications and booking/POS systems.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
• High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional training in hospitality or office administration is an advantage.

Remuneration

Up to ₹30,000 per month + incentives.

Working Hours

11:00 AM – 9:00 PM (6 days a week, one weekly off).
