MASSAGE
The therapist will begin by asking general questions to establish what areas you would like to work on, if there are any conditions
that need to be addressed and consider if the massage is appropriate for you or not.
It is essential to list all your health conditions prior to the massage, so the therapist can understand & give massages according to your needs without any harm.
A session consists of massage, time for you to dress & undress & time to communicate with the therapist to make your massage totally customized. We ensure this so that every massage from Thai Odyssey meets your requirements or exceeds your expectations.
Swedish, Deep Tissue, Ayurvedic Potli & many other massages are all available at our Spa. Before the session starts, you can
have a conversation with the therapist as to which kind of massage will suit you the best so that you get the most benefit

Deep Tissue Massage is a specific type of massage therapy that concentrates on the deep layers of muscles and fascia in the body. Deep Tissue Massage helps with Sports Injuries, Fibromyalgia, Plantar Fasciitis, High Blood Pressure, Sciatica &
Tennis Elbow.
All massage treatment starts & ends on time. A massage may last anywhere from 30 minutes to 120 minutes depending upon the area where you are getting the massage done.
Many people prefer a 60-120 minute session for optimal relaxation. Always keep relaxation your top priority.
Most of the people feel very relaxed. Some also experience a decrease in their body aches and pains. People also feel
energized, increased productivity for a few days.
If you received a deep tissue massage, you must feel a little sore. But that will last only a few days. You can take a hot shower to reduce the soreness.
BODY TREATMENTS
It’s a little relaxing facial but for the whole body. Our body treatment includes scrubbing & polishing of the whole body. We also provide body wrap services, where a body cocoon or a body mask spa is applied to the body. The services are done in a ‘wetroom’ where we use water to wash away the scrubs we use. Body
treatments are the real charm, it leaves your body. feeling very
relaxing & calm.

Body Wraps are also known as a body cocoon or a body mask
spa treatment. It reduces the body inches & appearance of the skin by reducing excess fluids & toxins of the skin.
FACIAL
We suggest an absolute minimum of once a season. If you will address your skin related issues such as acne, wrinkles, hyperpigmentation, we will suggest you consult our skin expert technicians as to how to approach you. You will notice results in
6-8 weeks.
We provide different types of facial treatments based on your skin type. We have necessary clean-up, normal facial, paraffin facial,
bio life facial, acne facial, gold facial, aromatherapy facial, sensitive skin facial & collagen facial.
Facials are the most effective therapies for deep cleansing of the skin. It also helps in unclogging the pores & removing follicular
debris.
We have a facial treatment dedicated to acne & pimples. You can get your unwanted acne, pimples treated with our Acne Facial Treatment.
If your skin gets reacted with any cosmetic products, we have a facial that is best suited for such skin issues. It cures the skin’s redness & soreness, reduces the pain, repairs skin problems, hence increasing the resistance power of skin.

Waxing
Usually it takes 4-6 weeks for the hair to grow. But it also depends on the individual's hair growth. Moreover, hair grows slower in winter months & faster in summer months. So you would need to
visit more frequently in summers.
The hair should be at least eight inches long in order to grab the wax. The best length is a quarter to a half inch in length.
This totally depends on where you’re getting waxed and also on how much hair is present. An appointment can be as short as 15-20 minutes or as long as an hour or more.
The pain associated with waxing differs from person to person. T also depends on which part of your body you’re getting waxed. We try to reduce the pain by using superior wax techniques &
high quality waxes.
Make sure that you do not exfoliate, expose the area to the sun, exercise vigorously or apply a moisturizer before your wax appointment as it can irritate or damage your skin. Also, consult a
doctor if you’ve sensitive skin.
Make sure to not sunbathe, exfoliate or exercise at least a day after waxing. Also, do not use artificial fragrances or colours as it can irritate or affect the skin in a bad way. If any wax remains on
your skin, it can be washed off easily with soap and water & should not be scrubbed. Any gentle body oil will work.
The basic bikini wax removes whatever would show if you were wearing a traditional bathing suit. The Brazilian Wax as little or as much off of your bikini area as you choose.
MANICURE & PEDICURE
Depending on the services you choose, our Manicure & Pedicure take anywhere from 30 to 60 minutes.
We provide two kinds of Manicure & Pedicure services :

b. Crystal Manicure & Pedicure
We recommend waiting upto 30 minutes for your hands & upto an hour for your toes.
